Ok, I’ll start by qualifying, I received one of these in a sampler. Generally every product I’ve purchased from Montefortuna is excellent but this is one of the worst cigars I’ve ever smoked. Truely horrible, bitterness and ammonia are the predominant flavours, draw was ordinary, seam in the wrapper looked like a factory role. I tried purging and it burnt a continuous long flame from the foot whilst doing so. I previously had another Vega Fina fiver which wasn’t quite so terrible but one was totally plugged. Monte generously offered a free replacement. Montefortuna are an excellent company to deal with but in my opinion this particular brand will be a hard pass for the future.
