    Sir/Madam:

    You did not make it clear in the ordering and checkout process (for a first time customer)
    that a code must be used to to get the free shipping. That is not nice. I thought, wrongly as it turns out, that the shipping charges would just come off automatically. Please advise.

      On my first order I thought the same thing, that the discount would apply automatically. Then I thought, when has a promo ever been automatically entered by the host site? The answer is usually never. It tells you what the promo code is in the earlier pages, it is unfortunately your fault in the end whether you want to admit it or not.

    This is my go to place for cigars. I had bought a cuban sample pack and within days it arrived. Cigars were well packed and they were in perfect condition. I let them rest a few weeks and lite one up. It was flawless in every way.

        I took advantage of the Camacho double packs the other week, so 40 robusto cigars were £236, which was a steal. The Customs charge when arriving in the UK was £180 😩…. shocking 😵

    This company has the worst customer service and will practically steal from you.

    I ordered a few boxes of cigars from them back in April of 2021. After not receiving any shipping confirmation within two weeks, I reached out to find out what’s going on with my order.

    They told me the cigars were out of stock but may be back in stock soon. They said I could get a refund or wait it out.

    Knowing Cubans go in and out of stock often, I was willing to wait and gave them a full month. In that time, I received no communication and had to be the one to follow up with them.

    After a month, I asked for a refund.
    It took three weeks to get a partial refund.

    When I asked where the rest of the refund was, they told me they charge a $40 restocking fee and won’t be refunding me anymore.
    They kept $87 from the order I paid for (almost three months ago) and won’t refund it.
    While the amount of money is low, this is practically theft. How in the world do you charge a restocking fee when there is nothing to return? I never got the cigars I ordered lol.

    This company is a joke and they’ll steal your money too if something goes out of stock.

    With how many online sites there are for Cuban cigars, you’re much better off buying somewhere else.

    I’ll never be buying from them again.

      I am having a similar problem… £200 order showing as complete on the website. Tracking info has not updated in 20 days. Royal mail confirmed that they now consider it lost as they never received it form swiss post. Cant get hold of anyone and the phone is never answered nor is the live chat ever “live” will never deal with them ever again.
