Normally orders take between 24-48 hrs to ship. Sometimes it can take more if there is a weekend in between (we can’t ship during the weekends). Sometimes it might take longer if we have a huge order backlog.
Orders can be partially shipped in the following scenarios:
- The products in your order are shipped from different locations (Check next FAQ)
- Your order contained too many products to ship at once in which case we will ship it separately at no extra cost
- We considered it was safer to ship it in small parts in order to avoid problems.
We ship from 2 different locations. This means that some of your orders can contain products from each location. If that’s the case, we will ship the different parts in different boxes at no extra cost.
Please check your order information in your Montefortuna account and your email. You will receive 2 different tracking numbers and receive the packages in different times. Please don’t worry, you will receive both packages!
We ship using different providers: Swiss Post, Spanish Post and UPS. The Swiss Post and UPS tracking system works perfectly and will give you super detailed tracking updates.
However, if your shipment comes from Correos Spain, the tracking won’t show updates until the parcel is delivered. That doesn’t mean the package is not moving. You will receive it without any problems! Unfortunately, this is something we can’t control and we are always in contact with Correos Spain to find out as much as possible about updates during transit
When we ship using UPS, the tracking number is sent directly to your email. Please search for a UPS email in your email inbox. The Sender is: “UPS Quantum View” and the Subjetc is “UPS Shipping Notification, Tracking Number”
Guaranteed Delivery is a policy that we apply to protect our customers from massive delays, returns and seizures. This policy will apply when the tracking system confirms that the package hasn’t been delivered, has been seized or delayed. The Guaranteed delivery policy is activated after 45 business days have passed from shipping day.
