A nice medium bodied cigar with an even draw. Has a nice palate of black pepper, some type of wood and a nut that I think is walnut. Has a finish of coffee and dark chocolate. Not a fan of coffee, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Firstly let me explain how I came to get these cigars. I had ordered some Upman Half Coronas for my birthday party where I had intended to give out to my friends. However the origional order did not arrive and 48 hours before my party I contacted Montefortuna about this. They stepped up and offered me thse and promised to ship them overnight. What had I to lose?
I recieved them the next day ( PHEW) and they were a hit with my cigar smoking friends the very next night.
They are a mild and sweet smoke that starts of with a sligght woody note and balances out to a soft spicewith a hint of sandlewood. I’d certainly buy again and I would buy from Montefortuna that’s for sure.

This cigar is incredible value for money. A pure Cuban cigar for less than £5.00 is just insane. The flavour is brilliant too. I do recommend that you leave these to rest a few weeks before you start smoking them and let them age a year or two if the box date is relatively recent.

Absolutely love these little guys. If you want a daily smoke this is it. When they’re on sale they are four bucks a stick or less. This is a pretty quick smoke at around 40 minutes.
