Service is always dependable. You need to be patient, they can take quite a while to mail out your order but they always arrive in great shape. This is a bit of a rustic cigar. Some will need to have a cigar draw hole tool in order to smoke. The ones that don’t are quite amazing. Well worth the price for a box
