The Quintero Favoritos have cigar factory format Concha No.2, It is a 50 ring gauge x 115mm long, with well-aged tobaccos and great depth of strong cocoa tones, all with a medium strength, it is characterized by a brown between natural and mature wrapper with some veins, manufactured totally by hand.
The Quintero Favoritos has a very characteristic flavor,  somewhat dry, somewhat earthy (which decreases in intensity as the smoke progresses), and smoky, something quite spicy toasted (especially in the first third) with vague sweet tips, which leave us with a fruity aftertaste. bitter and roasted dry, light coffee tips, smoked cedar, cinnamon and black pepper; very good draw, with intense and very abundant puffs, the aroma is tobacco, quite woody, very slightly sweet background, which leaves us memories of bitter almonds, smoked cedar, hints of coffee, pepper and vague hints of cinnamon, the ash metallic light gray with some grain of medium gray and grainy.
Given its size and strength it is a perfect cigar for any time of a day better in the morning; it will give you from 30 to 45 minutes of smoke and it will perfectly pair with coffee, whisky or rum.

Review/sort of review (sorry), only bought these to give away to my friends here in US that appreciate the novelty of a Cuban cigar but don’t really love smoking or cigars. My box was sealed and I placed in storage that way, shipping and condition appeared flawless like everything I order here. These favoritos are difficult to find, was fortunate they were briefly sold on montefortuna and immediately disappeared, happy to get one of these hand rolled Robusto from Quintero. You can’t beat that price.
